Incorporates magnetic levitation-driven split shuttle support plates, achieving fabric width control accuracy of ±5mm with gloss-free surface finish, while the dual-motor overfeed system eliminates weft distortion during cloth feeding.
A hole detection sensor is installed at the fabric feeding end, triggering automatic machine shutdown upon detecting edge tears or defects.
Electrically heated thermal oil roller with uniform temperature distribution, automatic control, freely adjustable settings, and a maximum operating temperature of 220°C.
Variable Frequency Speed Regulation.
20mm thickened blanket combined with PTFE (Teflon) film achieves damping-based shrinkage control, enabling warp-wise shrinkage rates as low as 3%.
Stainless steel dual-nozzle steam chamber with high moisture output and uniform distribution.
Equipped with a support plate detachment detection safety switch to halt operation automatically.
The system can be configured with a PLC + touchscreen control system and an online width detection system based on user requirements.
