The system utilizes dual air chambers to improve drying efficiency and ensure uniform fabric heating, combined with a dual-path fabric feeding mechanism for user-friendly operation.
The hot air setting temperature is freely adjustable and automatically controlled.
The upper and lower cooling air systems employ two independently operated fans to supply airflow, enhancing heat exchange efficiency and controlling the moisture content of fibrous materials, thereby preventing over-drying and embrittlement. Even if one fan fails, the system retains over 60% of baseline cooling capacity, minimizing unplanned downtime losses.
Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and touchscreen control system configurable per user requirements.
New fabric spreading frame features front and rear overfeeding, adapting to various fabric types while precisely controlling fabric tension. This ensures stability and uniformity during processing, effectively reducing wrinkles and slackness in the fabric.
The overfeeding, fabric delivery, and fabric laying systems are each driven by independently controlled motors, allowing for easy speed adjustment.
The fabric feeding end can be equipped with a steaming chamber based on user requirements.
