Compared to advanced European equipment, the five-layer structure achieves twice the production capacity, while the seven-layer structure reaches 2.5 times the capacity. This significantly increases fabric roll pass-through volume per unit time and equipment utilization rate.
The adoption of a five-layer or seven-layer vertical arrangement design facilitates more thorough and efficient heat exchange between the hot air and the fabric, reducing thermal energy waste.
Energy consumption indicators are remarkably lower: the five-layer structure requires only 50% of that of European equipment, while the seven-layer structure further reduces consumption to just 40%. Specifically addressing steam usage, it requires only 1 ton of steam per ton of fabric (five-layer) and 0.8 tons of steam per ton of fabric (seven-layer).
The rail section is extended by 4 meters compared to European equipment. This extension creates a longer dwell zone (or tension adjustment zone) for the fabric during heat treatment. The increased travel length allows the fabric more time and space for natural stress relaxation and weft yarn relaxation before hot air setting. This ultimately contributes to enhanced and longer-lasting dimensional stability, as well as improved fabric surface smoothness.
