This machine offers advanced drying, preshrinking, and relaxing treatment for tubular and flat-width fabrics, utilizing a multi-layer Teflon mesh belt and unique airflow design for optimal results.
What can TPYH2800 do for you
The machine adopts five(seven)layers imported Teflon mesh belt conveying. with longer drying road and high output.
Fabric inlet with overfeeding installment.
The mainframe adopts PLC control, and frequency control of the mechanism speed. It is easy to operate and convenient to maintain.
Blast nozzle adopts German advanced technology. Its special design, truly achieves blow from different location, multi direction, multi layers three - dimensional. The fabric moves like the wave, that makes the best pre-shrinking drying effect. Shrinkage rate reaches about 7%.
Radiator made of new type of the carbon steel-alumize compound fined tube, it makes temperature increased rapidly and high efficiency.
Fabric inlet and outlet are individual seperated designed. Drying chamber is built to a modular design, with the best optimized layout.
